Mills Auto Group in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a dynamic automotive sales associate to attract new clients, engage with owner prospects, and present Nissan inventory with confidence.

You will learn product knowledge on current model lines, become a certified product representative, nurture relationships from internet leads to walk-ins, and deliver high-quality demonstrations that build lasting customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Social media and brand awareness experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic and great work ethic.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check for employment.

Responsibilities

• Use social media tools (Facebook, YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram) to attract new clients and brand awareness.
• Contact current owner base to update records and prospect for opportunities.
• Reply and follow up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and walk-in customers.
• Learn product knowledge on current model line and become a certified product representative.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
