As a Product Specialist, you’ll guide clients through the vehicle-buying experience, focusing on product expertise, clear communication, and relationship-building . Your goal is to help customers make confident, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers professionally while assessing their needs and matching them with the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate Nissan vehicles, including features and technology
• Conduct test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects prior to the drive
• Follow up on leads, create appointments and build lasting customer relationships
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Stay current on new models, technology, and products
• Contribute positively to a team-focused, professional environment
