Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer service role, preferably automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; background check and drug screen.

Employment Type: Full Time - base plus commission (Individual Contributor)

Job Summary

As a Sales Associate / Product Knowledge Specialist at Classic Nissan in Sanford, North Carolina, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals for our dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout the entire sales process - from initial contact to vehicle delivery. This role also requires in-depth knowledge of our products and services in order to effectively communicate and educate customers on their options.
