GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key to ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sports performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to achieve store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
• Provide an exceptional and memorable customer experience through attentive service and offering solutions that lead to satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Ability to sell effectively and meet sales goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
