GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales goals and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory organized and attractive, and securing company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Self-accountability for sales through effective selling skills and goal orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
