Role Overview: Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success, providing authentic, fun, and energetic experiences to help customers find premium eyewear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and company goals by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging personally and attentively, creating a unique shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with team members and management.
• Maintain a neat and attractive store appearance, organize displays, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability
• Self-accountability and goal-oriented selling skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
