GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connections, attention to detail, and personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively and contribute positively to the store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and a goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
