GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet sales goals and objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Protect company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
