GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently deliver sales targets and achieve company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience, leading to customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and a goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment
