General Function

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales goals by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a unique shopping experience resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
