Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and applying product knowledge to meet SPH goals.
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, process payments, and escalate when needed.
• Promote promotions, offers, loyalty programs and other initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards on the sales floor.
• Lead by example and support store management in profitability and operations.
• Engage customers in brand demonstrations and creative activities.
• Keep displays stocked and accessible for shopping.
• Uphold store safety standards and training.
• Monitor loss prevention and security guidelines per policy.
• Handle curbside, ship from store, and buy online pickup in store orders.
• Prepare stockroom for inventory and perform stock checks.
• Execute stockroom organization and inventory duties as needed.
• Support teamwork and continuous learning.
