Crate & Barrel is seeking a Sales Associate to guide customers in discovering home pieces, drive sales, and promote loyalty programs. You will maintain a beautifully presented sales floor, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with the team to onboard new teammates and ensure safety practices.

Key responsibilities include engaging customers, processing payments, stocking displays, and supporting inventory and loss prevention procedures while delivering excellent service and teamwork.

Formación

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales through customer engagement and upselling, sharing product knowledge and expertise.
• Greet and assist customers, process payments, and involve management when needed.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs and store initiatives to customers.
• Maintain service and brand standards, visual merchandising and teamwork.
• Support store profitability and operational excellence with accountability.
