Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Sales Associate who will guide customers in discovering pieces that transform their homes, driving sales and achieving SPH goals through product knowledge and exceptional selling skills. You will maintain a beautifully presented sales floor, support onboarding, and uphold safety and brand standards.

You will engage customers with promotions, assist with curbside/pickup orders, stock the floor, and work with your team to deliver a welcoming, high-service shopping

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and evolve with business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and using product knowledge.
• Greet customers, answer questions, process payments, and escalate when needed.
• Promote promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain brand standards, signage, and visual merchandising.
• Support onboarding of new teammates and uphold store policies.
• Assist with inventory, stock checks, and stockroom organization.
• Ensure store safety and loss prevention practices.
• Lead by example to support store profitability.
• Stock and organize displays to tempt purchases.
