Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greet and assist customers, respond to questions, process payments, and escalate to management as needed.
• Promote promotions, offers, loyalty programs, and store initiatives to customers.
• Support in-store promotions and events, including Crate and Kids segments.
• Uplift community awareness and promote design options for all stages of childhood when applicable.
• Demonstrate service standards in selling, customer service, merchandising, and teamwork.
