Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Sales Associate to guide customers in discovering home furnishings and maintain a beautifully presented sales floor. You will drive sales through product knowledge, promotions, and loyalty programs while collaborating with the team to ensure excellent service and brand standards.

You will assist with stocking, safety procedures, and inventory tasks, supporting onboarding of new teammates and delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment and adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Greet customers, respond to questions, process payments, and involve management as needed.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and other initiatives to customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock displays are ready for purchase.
• Support store safety standards, loss prevention, and inventory tasks.
