Lovesac is a fast-growing, design-driven furniture brand offering Sacs and Sactionals that adapt to customers’ lives. As a Sales Associate, you’ll connect with shoppers, deliver exceptional service, and help design spaces that fit their lifestyle with a positive, customer-first mindset.

You’ll use Lovesac selling processes to drive sales, maintain product knowledge, and represent the brand with integrity in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively sell using Lovesac process.
• Build loyalty, drive repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability.
• Deliver engaging brand tours, education, and confidently close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
