Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high‑traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy, actively selling and following up to drive conversion.
• Build connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end‑to‑end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, deliver engaging tours, education, and close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with disciplined execution.
