Lovesac is hiring a Sales Associate to connect with customers, present adaptable furniture, and drive sales in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will share product knowledge, guide clients through brand tours, and help shape cohesive spaces with Sacs and Sactionals.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems and product demonstrations.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meet with vendors as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and actively sell using the Lovesac process and maintain a strong personal quote pipeline.
• Build loyalty and brand advocacy through genuine connections and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey from needs discovery to closing and ongoing relationship.
• Demonstrate product knowledge with engaging brand tours and education.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs with confident decision-making.
