Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help design products for customers’ spaces. You’ll be approachable, positive, and build relationships that go beyond the transaction in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

As a member of the Lovesac team, you will greet clients, perform product demonstrations, and execute the Lovesac selling process while maintaining a strong pipeline and following up to drive conversions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high‑traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and using internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, vendors, and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and optimism and drive sales using the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and create a fun, engaging shopping experience.
• Close sales and meet or exceed store KPIs and goals.
• Uphold brand standards and support daily store operations and promotions.
