Job summary

Car Lux, Inc. in Inglewood, CA is seeking a Pre-owned/Used Car Sales Representative. This full-time role offers the opportunity to earn heavily through draw and commissions while developing your sales skills in a supportive environment.

You will guide customers through vehicle purchases, search our inventory to match needs, explain accessories and features, negotiate terms, and close deals while delivering outstanding service and maintaining safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (minimum).
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to meet targeted income goals.
• Proven track record of exceeding automotive sales goals.
• Strong follow-up skills with customers.
• Professional appearance and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Car Sales Associate

• Full-time $60,000 - $240,000 annually

What Are The Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, asking questions and listening carefully.
• Search our inventory of hundreds of vehicles from multiple locations to help find the perfect match for your customer.
• Describe all optional accessories available for customer purchase, and explain in detail product features and benefits.
• Use outstanding communication and listening skills to help negotiate terms that ensure payment options meet your customers’ lifestyles, budgets, and expectations; close the deal.
• Deliver a minimum number of vehicles each month.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What Are The Requirements For This Job

• Over 1 year of sales experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with Car Lux’s standards of productivity.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• The willingness to follow up, and follow up again, with customers.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
