Qualifications

• Over 1 year of sales experience.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with company standards.
• Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Willingness to follow up with customers repeatedly.
• Authorized to work in the US; must have a valid sales license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with hundreds of customers to guide them in vehicle purchases.
• Search inventory from multiple locations to find the best match for customers.
• Describe optional accessories and explain product features and benefits.
• Use communication and listening skills to negotiate terms and close deals.
• Deliver a minimum number of vehicles each month.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and follow up for loyalty.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
