Lafayette 148 New York is seeking a Sales Associate for its Outlet Store in Camarillo, CA. You will represent the brand, deliver expert product and wardrobing advice, and build lasting client relationships to reach sales goals.

The role requires exceptional customer service, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will utilize technology to manage client data, stay informed about new deliveries, and maintain immaculate merchandising and store standards.

Formación

• 3+ years in premium to luxury selling environment
• Existing client base preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Establish and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deep connection with clients and drives repeat business to achieve sales goals
• Consistently delivers memorable in store experiences to all clients; plans client appointments to maximize results
• Inform clients on in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement
• Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition
• Possess broad range of product knowledge across all categories of the brand, takes initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential
• Demonstrate the ability to address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories
• Inform clients on brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer
• Always puts the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations
• Support the operational functions within the store, operational functions may include: opening/ closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards

Desired Background

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience of premium to luxury selling environment
• Existing client base/ book preferred

Skills

• Strong customer service and communication (verbal and writing) skills
• Proficiency in utilizing available technology
• Must be flexible and have the ability work evenings, weekends and holiday schedules

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, climb stairs/ladders, and occasionally bend or kneel to access merchandise.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment; constant communication and visual focus required.
• Occasionally lift, carry, or move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 lbs.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 - $ 20.00 hourly. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
