Lafayette 148 is seeking a Stylist in Coral Gables, FL to represent the brand and grow a client base. You will provide expert product and wardrobing advice, delivering a memorable client experience.

You will establish client connections, drive repeat business, and support store operations while maintaining merchandising and brand standards. Evening/weekend availability is required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in premium to luxury selling environment.
• Existing client base preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
• Inform clients about in-store events and new product deliveries to boost engagement.
• Leverage multiple channels of technology to strengthen relationships and acquire new clients.
• Maintain broad product knowledge across all categories and stay informed to maximize selling potential.
• Address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories.
• Inform clients about brand services to enhance their Lafayette 148 experience.
• Prioritize clients when resolving issues and exceed expectations.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards and assist training of Stylists.
