Lafayette 148 Outlet Stores are seeking a Sales Associate to uphold the brand image and cultivate client relationships while delivering elevated service. You will provide expert product advice and wardrobe solutions, contributing to memorable in-store experiences and achieving sales goals.

The role requires 3+ years in premium to luxury selling, a ready client base, and strong communication and tech skills. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected to support store needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in premium to luxury selling environment.
• Existing client base preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing available technology.
• Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deep connections with clients to drive repeat business.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and plan client appointments.
• Inform clients about in-store events and new product deliveries.
• Use multiple channels of technology to strengthen relationships and drive new client acquisition.
• Maintain broad product knowledge across all brand categories and assist wardrobe needs.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards.
