Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience of premium to luxury selling environment.
• Existing client base preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing available technology.
• Must be flexible and have the ability work evenings, weekends and holiday schedules.

• Consistently delivers memorable in store experiences to all clients; plans client appointments to maximize results.
• Inform clients on in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement.
• Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition.
• Possess broad range of product knowledge across all categories of the brand, takes initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential.
• Demonstrate the ability to address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories.
• Inform clients on brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer.
• Always puts the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations.
• Support the operational functions within the store, operational functions may include: opening/ closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards, supporting the training and development of Stylist
