StretchLab Wilmington is seeking a Sales Associate who thrives on connecting with people and driving memberships in a fast-paced wellness studio. You’ll be the welcoming face, guiding guests from first stretch to a commitment and retail enhancements.

Expect to lead 50+ outbound calls daily, host studio tours, and promote memberships, packages, and upgraded products. Strong communication, organization, and a passion for health are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following a structured sales process.
• Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed performance metrics.
• Friendly and approachable with wellness newcomers.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through.
• Available for at least one weekend shift; part-time and full-time roles available.
• Residency near Wilmington, NC.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you're the first impression our guests experiencethe welcoming voice and face of StretchLab. Your role is essential in converting curiosity into commitment, guiding each guest through their journey from first stretch to loyal membership.

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage leads, re-engage past clients, and schedule intro sessions.
• Lead studio tours and first-time stretch appointments with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Drive membership and package sales by highlighting the unique benefits of our services.
• Address questions and objections with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote retail products and upgrades to support client wellness goals.

Client Experience & Studio Operations

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
• Manage front desk operations: check-ins, phones, bookings, and more.
• Keep the studio running smoothly by assisting with equipment, supplies, and Flexologist support.
• Ensure the lobby and desk area are always clean, organized, and inviting.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups using ClubReady or similar CRM software.

Community Engagement & Marketing Support

• Support in-studio promotions, local events, and social media marketing efforts.
• Represent StretchLabs values with authenticity and energyinside and outside the studio.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience in fitness, wellness, or a service-based environment (e.g., gym, spa, salon).
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following a structured sales process.
• Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed performance metrics.
• Friendly and approachable with a talent for building rapport, especially with wellness newcomers.
• A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through.
• Available for at least one weekend shift; both part‑time (20+ hrs) and full‑time (up to 40 hrs) roles available.
• Reliable transportation and residency near Wilmington, NC.
• Motivated by commission‑based earnings and performance bonuses.
