Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Santa Clara is seeking passionate team members for the member service team. Ideal candidates are confident, outgoing, and have a desire to promote well-being. Responsibilities include selling memberships, accommodating members, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Work hours are flexible with options for evenings and weekends. Competitive pay will be offered upon successful training completion, with additional commission based on memberships sold.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships confidently in a commission-based environment.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and membership value.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.

Schedule Options

• Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm–9:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am–1:30 pm
• Saturday: 1:30 pm–7:30 pm
