Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in California is hiring for a member service team member. This role includes selling memberships, promoting sauna benefits, and providing exceptional service. Candidates should have a positive attitude, excellent attendance, and sales skills are a plus. Training is provided, and employees can enjoy using the infrared saunas. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, and includes opportunities for commission and advancement within the studio.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and organize towel supply area.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Available Shifts

Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 6:30am-2:00 pm
• Monday through Friday, 2:00am-9:20 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 2:00 to 8:20 pm
