Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Raleigh, NC is seeking upbeat member service staff to join our upscale wellness studio. You will sell memberships, reach out to leads via our CRM, and promote infrared sauna benefits while ensuring guests feel welcome.

We provide comprehensive training, no prior experience required, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible weekend schedules and a dynamic, supportive team environment are offered.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and facilities.
• Maintain clean facility and towels area.
• Support sales team and keep CRM data up to date.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Shifts

• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 2 pm
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm OR 2 pm to 8 pm

• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
