The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude, a desire to provide exceptional service, and the ability to sell sauna memberships confidently. Responsibilities include promoting IR sauna benefits, reaching out to clients, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

Available shifts

• Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm
