• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results‑oriented team members who love to connect with people.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly. While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates.
• No experience required. We offer comprehensive training. All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy. Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support.
• Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want.
• We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules.
• Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase.

Available Shifts

• Monday through Friday, 4:30‑9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm
