Perspire Sauna Studio of Santa Clara is seeking confident and positive team members to join their member service team. Ideal candidates will promote wellness and provide exceptional service while engaging with clients in a vibrant sauna studio. Responsibilities include selling memberships in a commission-based atmosphere and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This position allows for a flexible schedule and offers numerous employee benefits, including discounts and wellness resources.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain the facility clean and perform turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

Shifts

• Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM
