A wellness studio franchise seeks a motivated team member in San Diego, CA. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional service and sales skills to promote membership benefits. Responsibilities

• Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere.

• Make members feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility, including sauna cleaning.
• Organize the towel supply area.

Compensation

Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold, paid out monthly. While in sales training, potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates.

Shifts and Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm–9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am–1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 pm–7:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
