Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in San Antonio, TX is hiring for a member service role. If you are positive, confident, and customer‑facing, you will thrive selling memberships in a commission-based environment.

You will reach out to leads using our CRM, book tours and follow-ups, and help guests choose the best IR Sauna experience. The position includes flexible scheduling, weekly shifts, and opportunities for advancement in a friendly, open‑door culture.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests and answer questions about services
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

What We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• We offer comprehensive training, but experience is preferred. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
• Team members are encouraged to sauna and will receive 1 session per week, complementary, available to use when not on scheduled shifts.
• We offer some flexibility and the ability to advocate for preferred shifts, but candidates must be available and prepared to work at least 3 to 5 shifts per week, for 5 hours per shift.

Operating Hours and Shifts

• Monday through Friday: 7 am to 9 pm (Shifts from 6:30 am – 11:30 am, 11 am – 4:30 pm, 4 pm – 9:15 pm)
• Saturday and Sunday: 8 am to 8 pm (Shifts from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, 12 pm – 4 pm, 3:30 pm – 8:15 pm)
