Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio Sarasota is seeking energetic team members for our member services desk. In this role you will sell memberships on a commission-based framework, engage with prospective members, and guide guests through the studio experience with warmth and hospitality.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided, with clear pathways for advancement and flexible weekend shifts in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area
