Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Atlanta is seeking energetic member services team members to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional service. You will engage leads via our CRM, promote infrared saunas, and book reservations while ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement to supervisory roles. The role offers flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts and a rewarding commission structure based on memberships sold.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize towel supply area.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am-11:30 am,
• Monday through Friday, 11:30 am-4:30 pm,
• Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 11:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 3:30 to 8:30 pm

• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
