Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in San Diego invites energetic team members to join our member service team. This role focuses on selling memberships, greeting guests, and guiding tours in a friendly, results-oriented environment.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. You’ll work with leads in our CRM, promote infrared saunas, and help members feel relaxed and welcome while contributing to our growing wellness brand.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Below are our available hours. Looking for applicants with an open schedule.

• Monday through Friday, 12:0-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 to 8:30 pm
