Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of The Woodlands is seeking a sales-oriented team member to promote memberships in a high-energy, commission-driven setting. You will engage leads via our CRM, book visits, and explain the benefits of infrared saunas and Perspire memberships.

No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. Expect a flexible schedule with evening and weekend shifts, plus opportunities for advancement and perks like free sauna use and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm
