We’re growing our Member Services Team at our upscale infrared sauna studio and are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 9:30 pm opening and closing shifts.
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm opening and closing shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Confidently sell memberships in a supportive, commission‑based environment.
• Connect with leads using our CRM with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments.
• Create a calm, welcoming experience for members and guests.
• Provide studio tours and answer questions about services and facilities.
• Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.
