HOTWORX Renton is hiring a Fitness Sales Closer for a part-time role with base plus commission. The position focuses on membership sales, community outreach, and retail customer service, with a requirement to participate in social media content to promote HOTWORX.

We are seeking high-energy, social individuals who can close sales, engage customers, and help grow the brand in a fast-paced environment. Hours include evenings and weekends, with potential for full-time hours based on availability.

Qualifications

• Commission-based sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

HOTWORX Renton Is Hiring— Fitness Sales Closer - Part-Time (base + comission)

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Your role includes: Membership sales – helping new clients start their fitness journey Community outreach – spreading the word about HOTWORX and generating leads Retail sales & customer service – creating connections and keeping members engaged

Comfortable Being Featured on Social Media Required

Applicants must be willing to participate in social media content, including photos and videos, to help promote HOTWORX and engage with our community. This role includes active brand representation, so confidence in front of the camera is a plus!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT – So many leads come from solid promotion on Social Media. (MUST BE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE ON SOCIAL MEDIA)
• Excels in making daily high-volume sales phone calls.
• Able to sell HOTWORX as the solution by understanding and addressing customer needs
• Ability to achieve/exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and quotas.
• Looking for a long-term part-time position of 15+ hours per week and capability for full-time hours as well depending on availability.
• Staff hours - M-TH 11- 8 PM, Fridays 9- 6 PM and Saturdays 9-2 PM .

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
• Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct professional guest follow up and member communications, via email, text and phone.
• Complete daily studio cleaning activities.

Job Types: Part-time- Open Shift: 10am-3:00pm - Closing Shift: 3pm- 8pm. Saturday Shift 8am-2pm. Flexible for some open shifts if needed.
