Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of River North in Chicago is looking for passionate and outgoing individuals to join their member service team. The role involves selling memberships in a commission-based environment and accommodating members.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude and excellent attendance. We provide extensive training, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity for career advancement, including promotions to assistant studio manager.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover of individual sauna rooms.
• Organize the facility’s towel supply area.

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

We Offer

Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly. While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates. No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training. All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy. Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support. Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want. We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules.
