Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of West McKinney is seeking enthusiastic team members to sell memberships and promote wellness. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay plus commission, and comprehensive training with ongoing 1:1 support.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members and make them feel relaxed.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain a clean facility.
• Organize the towel supply area.
• Handle detailed cleaning tasks.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
• While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission

Training & Support

• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
• All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
• Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
• Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support

Shift Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 4:30‑9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm
