Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Hancock Park is seeking energetic team members for our member service team. You will engage with guests, sell memberships, and share the Perspire Wellness Philosophy to highlight benefits of IR saunas and our premium services.

We offer training, flexible scheduling, commissions, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, upbeat environment. You’ll join a local, health-focused team that values attendance, positive attitude, and excellent guest care.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• Sales-minded experience is a plus, but we also offer comprehensive training.

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area
