Perspire Sauna Studio in Los Angeles is seeking energetic team members for our member service team. You will sell memberships in a commission-based environment, reach out to leads via our CRM, and promote the value of infrared saunas and memberships.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, evening/weekend availability, and a strong team-player approach. Competitive pay and perks offered.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
