Job summary

Golterman and Sabo, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant who enjoys helping customers and solving problems. You will collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to manage orders, quotes, and project information, ensuring customers get timely responses.

• Previous office or customer service experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right person who is eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email and respond to questions and requests
• Work with our Sales Team to provide excellent customer service
• Help prepare quotes, proposals, and project information
• Enter and process customer orders
• Coordinate samples and customer sample requests
• Prepare project and submittal information
• Maintain accurate customer and project records
• Respond to incoming website sales inquiries
• Follow up internally to make sure customer requests get completed
• Assist teammates when additional support is needed

What You'll Do
