Job summary

Golterman and Sabo, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to coordinate all construction project aspects, manage lead times, procure materials, and ensure customer requirements are met. The role involves creating shop drawings and CAD-related tasks, with a focus on timely delivery and accuracy.

You will interact with clients to confirm requirements, prepare drawings, and support the PM team while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork in a growing, ESOP-owned company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting programs.
• Familiarity with general construction processes, carpentry tools, and conventions.

Responsibilities

• Launch in training to learn processes, products, and procedures.
• Contact customers to confirm product requirements.
• Follow-up with client for additional information.
• Figure fabric quantities for purchase orders.
• Enter information into database.
• Create word shop drawings in database.
• Review shop drawings with client.
• Create and check delivery tickets.
• Field measure installed jobs.
• Check CAD and word shop drawings.
• Reserve shop time.
• Work on standard drawings and review drawings in AutoCAD.
• Perform material take-offs from bid documents.
• Support other Project Management team members as needed.

Golterman and Sabo, Inc. is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our company. A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, mathematical and technical skills. Strong teamwork skills are a must.

Position Summary

We are a subcontractor/manufacturer looking for someone to manage all aspects of our construction projects by coordinating lead times for products, obtaining accurate information from the client, procuring material, ensuring products meet customer expectations, creating shop drawings, and completing all duties in a timely fashion.

What You Will Do

• Familiarity with general construction processes, carpentry tools, and conventions (such as measuring, plumb, level, and finish carpentry).
• Ability to acquire needed informed from customers.
