Job summary

Golterman & Sabo Companies is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to learn our products, develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, prepare quotes, and grow into a larger sales role, with a focus on turning inquiries into orders.

You will support active opportunities, talk with customers, follow up on quotes, and move opportunities from inquiry to quote to order, while benefiting from the ESOP ownership and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Willing to learn products and processes.
• Able to communicate with contractors, architects, designers, and other customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn G&S Acoustics products and confidently discuss them with customers.
• Respond to incoming sales leads and customer inquiries.
• Talk with contractors, architects, designers, and other customers about project needs.
• Assist with estimating and preparing quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify additional sales opportunities.
• Coordinate product samples, submittals, and sales information.

G\&S Acoustics is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate who wants to learn our products, develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, prepare quotes, and grow into a larger sales role.

This is an Inside Sales role and is intentionally more sales-focused than a traditional assistant position. You'll support active opportunities, but we also want you talking with customers, following up on quotes, building relationships, and helping turn inquiries into orders.

What You'll Do

• Learn G\&S Acoustics products and confidently discuss them with customers
• Respond to incoming sales leads and customer inquiries

• Help move opportunities from inquiry to quote to order
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify additional sales opportunities
• Coordinate product samples, submittals, and sales information
• Maintain customer, project, and opportunity information
• Work alongside experienced G\&S salespeople and take increasing ownership of customers and opportunities

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience
• Starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications

Previous office or customer service experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
