Job summary

G&S ACOUSTICS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help customers, support the sales and manufacturing teams, and keep orders and projects moving. You’ll respond to questions by phone and email, prepare quotes, and manage orders with an emphasis on accuracy and responsiveness.

This is more than answering phones. You'll work with customers, Sales, manufacturing, and other departments to keep orders, samples, information, and projects moving.

You don't need to know everything coming in - we're looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Communicate with customers by phone and email and respond to questions and requests
• Work with our Sales Team to provide excellent customer service
• Help prepare quotes, proposals, and project information
• Enter and process customer orders
• Coordinate samples and customer sample requests
• Prepare project and submittal information
• Maintain accurate customer and project records
• Respond to incoming website sales inquiries
• Follow up internally to make sure customer requests get completed
• Assist teammates when additional support is needed
