Job summary

Golterman & Sabo, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Sales Assistant who will support customers by phone and email, collaborate with the Sales team, and help prepare quotes and orders. This role emphasizes thoughtful service, accuracy, and teamwork within a 100% employee-owned company.

You'll handle order accuracy, coordinate samples, and keep records up to date while learning the business and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email and respond to questions and requests.
• Work with the Sales Team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help prepare quotes, proposals, and project information.
• Enter and process customer orders.
• Coordinate samples and customer sample requests.
• Prepare project and submittal information.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Respond to incoming website sales inquiries.
• Follow up internally to ensure requests are completed.
• Assist teammates when additional support is needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
