Job summary

Golterman & Sabo, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to learn our products, build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and prepare quotes. This ESOP-owned company offers stock benefits over time and a team-focused environment where ownership is shared.

You will respond to sales leads, discuss project needs with contractors and designers, and help move inquiries through quotes to orders while developing relationships with customers and expanding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn G&S Acoustics products and confidently discuss them with customers.
• Respond to incoming sales leads and customer inquiries.
• Talk with contractors, architects, designers, and other customers about project needs.
• Assist with estimating and preparing quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities.
• Help move opportunities from inquiry to quote to order.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify additional sales opportunities.
• Coordinate product samples, submittals, and sales information.
• Maintain customer, project, and opportunity information.
• Work alongside experienced G&S salespeople and take increasing ownership of customers and opportunities.

G&S Acoustics is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate who wants to learn our products, develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, prepare quotes, and grow into a larger sales role.

This is an Inside Sales role and is intentionally more sales-focused than a traditional assistant position. You'll support active opportunities, but we also want you talking with customers, following up on quotes, building relationships, and helping turn inquiries into orders.

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience

Previous office or customer service experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
